We have proven our dedication to the detailing industry by investing in the latest computer technologies and a world leading 3D structural steel detailing program Tekla Structures. Our customers can be assured that they will be benefiting by receiving a reliable service that is carried out with the highest quality. From the initial design documentation, both structural and architectural steel will be modelled using Tekla Structures. Each piece of steel and its connection will be created three dimensionally for accuracy, structural integrity, architectural requirement and ease of erection on site. Throughout the drafting process, we are able to scrutinise the entire steel structure from any angle to ensure there are no physical clashes with objects and to be sure that bolt access has been taken into consideration for erecting steelwork. This process provides the opportunity to correct any design flaws prior to fabrication, saving our clients both time and money.
Tekla has a Multi user function where we are able to have our whole team working on one project simultaneously. This allows us to be able to undertake large commercial and mining projects.
Once the steel structure has been completely modelled, Tekla Structures generates part, assembly and general arrangement drawings accurately. We then ensure that all necessary information and dimensions are on the drawing for ease of fabrication. Tekla Structures also produces data based reports of assemblies, bolt lists. Including accurate nc and dxf files for laser cutting and beam line machines. The model database ensures that any changes made to the 3D model are automatically reflected in both drawings & reports.
We provide our clients with all documentation and support needed for them to fabricate and erect the structural steelwork, we work with you during the building process.
We can even supply clients with a free 3D viewer, which allows you and anyone else involved in the project to be able to zoom, rotate and fly through the structure in full rendered 3D and find detailed information about each and every part.
